Meet Dan! With nearly a decades experience working in the fitness industry and competing at a high level across a variety of sports.
BSc First Class Degree in Sports Studies, Level 2 Circuit Training, Level 3 Personal Training, Level 4 Strength & Conditioning, Level 4 Nutritionist & Level 3 Sports Massage. 2+ years experience working within the Metropolitan Police Service - Gaining a Level 6 Diploma in Policing.
Dan has experienced firsthand, the physical and mental demands faced by emergency service professionals and which areas they lack physically. Combining this background with his sporting experience and qualifications in personal training and Level 4 Strength and Conditioning, Dan has crafted programs that targets the unique fitness requirements of frontline roles. With a unique training approach, Dan focuses on building real-world strength, endurance, and resilience—qualities essential for those individuals looking to push boundaries, whether it be event preparation or increasing longevity.
